puppy love

its been a big week this week with a massive order for me to do very quickly, some very late nights at work and generally feeling a little bleh. but today has been brilliant because we got our new puppy hamish. he is pretty much the cutest thing ever and settling in nicely in his new home.

it's my birthday this weekend and i'm going to be 25. i always thought i would have travelled the world and become a lovely worldy chic lass by this age. so far i am 0 for 3 on all fronts. but not to dwell on that, i am looking foward to spending the day with my friends and family and maybe eating a cake or two.

i've had a strange week this week with a few days at the races and just generally sunning myself in this lovely springy melbourne weather we have been having. and it got me thinking, its time to change my playlist. i have a lot of music and i have a playlist for pretty much every mood or event or thought really. so, spring sun seemed like a good idea for a playlist. i tried making a mix tape but it isn't happening for me! so here are the stars so to speak :
