Sneak Peek: MSFW Illustration for Thread Den

This week I was lucky to be asked by the lovely ladies from Thread Den to whip up and illustration for their MSFW September Market. It was a super tight deadline but I had a great time doing it!

And while I can't share the full thing with you yet, I can share a sneaky peek (see below). I'm really excited that it will be used for their promotion for the event and can't wait to share it with you. Oh and if you area designer and would like to be involved in the event then over over to the Thread Den website for all the details.

Invitations - Nat & Drew - sneak peek

I'm so excited to be able to share this new invitation set with you soon. It was amazing to work on in all aspects - fun client, awesome brief and creative freedom. I'll be sharing some pictures of the final invites later in the week but until then here are a couple of production shots.

film clip friday - Feeding Line

I don't probably need to say how much a love Boy & Bear on this blog. It's pretty much mentioned at least once a month. But in any case, if you didn't know - I do love the sweet tunes from Boy & Bear.

So Film Clip Friday was a no brainer this week with their film clip for Feeding Line being so lovely and scenic. Enjoy swooning xx

rain.food.rain.

This weekend I was lucky enough to head up to Sydney for a long weekend away. It's not the first time I have been and it isn't going to be the last (I'm heading back in September).

Sadly we had some bad luck with the weather - it rained ALL weekend. And I mean ALL weekend. So unfortunately a lot of our plans were washed away and we were left a little listless. As a result we ate a lot. A whole lot. We had an amazing night at El Loco munching away on yummy tacos. We spent a whole day in Manly eating ice cream, macaroons, sampling drinks at 4 Pines Brewery and finishing up with an amazing dinner at Hugo's

We were also lucky enough to see an awesome performance at the Opera House and check out the Vivid Lights installations at Circular Quay.

Oh and I saw Simon Baker at the Art Gallery of NSW. I think I am maybe still swooning now. (I know this is ridiculous)

Here are a few happy snaps from the weekend to tide you over until I get my head back into working mode this week.

Film Clip Friday - Turn Me On

I have mentioned my love for The Grates on this blog many times. Many, many times. So after seeing the new film clip for their single Turn Me on, this Film Clip Friday was an absolute no brainer. Happy Friday xx
